3D Printer

Open source 3D printer

3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Its an layer by layer manufacturing in millimeter scale. This method is different from any other existing traditional manufacturing techniques. 3D printing is a process for creating objects directly, by adding material layer by layer in a variety of ways depending on the technology. 3D printing is the simple manufacturing method from other existing method. No need for excess man power, low cost, less time for manufacturing. This technology has become more accessible to small companies even individuals.

Any of 3D printing process start with a 3D digital model, which can be created using a variety of 3D design software. In market available different 3D design software like 3D CAD. We can design 3D models using these software and print through 3D printer.

Project contains

Working

Any of 3D printing process start with a 3D digital model, which can be created  using a variety of 3D design software. Firstly create a 3D model (CAD file) . Interface your PC with 3Dprinter and run the 3D model ( CAD file). Set your filament and 3D printer for manufacturing  the 3D model. Extruder melting the filament. 5 stepper motors are used this 3Dprinter for set (arrange) the position. Stepper motor arrange the position with respect to the 3D model ( CAD file). The Extruder produce fluid form of filament  and that placed layer by layer on heat bed. The process repeated.
